Refund Policy

At UniqqDeals, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process and global shipping, we only accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions:

ELIGIBLE CASES FOR REFUND:
- Items arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
- Order not received after 45 business days (despite valid tracking)

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES:
- Change of mind
- Customer error in address input
- Minor delays in shipping

REFUND PROCESS:
To request a refund, email us at uniqqdeals@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send items back to our supplier or fulfillment center, as we do not accept direct returns.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If your refund hasn’t appeared after 5–10 business days, please contact your bank and then email us again.
